Description
Summary:Regarding the time-of-use (ToU) electricity pricing for photovoltaic energy storage charging stations (PV-ES CSs), a pricing optimization model that takes into account users’ range anxiety is proposed, and the impact of electricity prices on PV-ES CSs is analyzed. Firstly, by constructing a mathematical model of users’ range anxiety, the degree of such anxiety is quantitatively depicted, enabling the identification and classification of users experiencing range anxiety. Subsequently, based on this, a users’ charging demand response model that considers range anxiety and a pricing strategy model for PV-ES CSs are developed to work out the optimal electricity price. Finally, the proposed pricing strategy is verified via a numerical example. The analysis results indicate that the proposed strategy effectively enhances the operating revenue of charging stations and promotes the local integration of photovoltaic power.
