Summary:Cutaneous lymhangioma circumscriptum (CLC) is an acquired or inherited anomaly of superficial lymphatic vessels that presents as grouped papules with vesicles on their top. These vesicles contain translucent fluid but also might be filled with blood, which makes them look like «frog spawn». The differential diagnosis of CLC includes molluscum contagiosum, angiokeratoma, hemangioma. Besides, considering of cutaneous metastases (carcinoma teleangiectoides) is important in order of similar manifestation. The article presents a clinical case of a 54-year-old woman with CLC occurred after modified radical mastectomy.
