| Summary: | Preeclampsia combined with pancreatitis is a rare condition in pregnant and postpartum women, potentially leading to severe complications. Severe pancreatitis is even more uncommon, making early diagnosis, detection, and appropriate treatment essential. We report the case of a 34-year-old woman who was admitted with scleral jaundice; severe pancreatitis was identified during examination. After magnetic resonance imaging confirmation, prompt and appropriate treatment was provided, resulting in a favorable outcome. |
