| Summary: | Throughout the last decades, especially in the 90's, secondary school was object of a series of legal measures that focused on citizenship development and professional formation. Our aim in this article is to elaborate a few critical considerations about the two main issues of secondary school legal measurements and acts in this period: the centrality of knowledge and the emphasis on the idea of professionalization. Therefore, we point out in the official documents certain rush and limitation in the way some of the concepts in this debate were presented, such as knowledge society and immaterial labor, as well as professionalization and adaptation. |
