| Summary: | In the experiment carried out on 150 Vistar line male rats after a thyreodectomy a thyroid gland tissue was autotranspalted into big omentum to prevent postoperative hypothyroidism. Three-month study and comparative analysis of morphology and functional state of the transplanted tissue showed high levels of thyroid hormone reactivation and transplant viability owing to the use of the cellular suspension of autologous pluripotent mesenchymal stromal cells. |
