Summary:According to the characteristics of non-traction control and supply control, a LonWorks communication based network control system was proposed for the trailer of 160 km/h power centralized EMU by taking into account the data volume, real-time requirements, system costs, etc. This paper expounds the realization of the design in detail from topology composition and system function perspectives, and analyzes the advantages in terms of strong compatibility, proper positioning, simple realization, stability and reliability, and strong environmental adaptability through comparison with the networks control system of the 25T passenger vehicle.
