| Summary: | Traditional tooth matching of RV reducer is limited to assembly condition that the tooth number of center gear must be an integer multiple of the number of planet gear.From machining of planet gear,the gear machining corner formula which overcomes the bond of assembly conditions is put forward and an improvement of traditional tooth matching is carried out by taking the CSRV-160E-171 reducer for example.After comparing the results of the two tooth matching schemes,and confirms that the optimal tooth number obtained by new tooth matching scheme can not only reduce the volume of RV reducer but also improve transmission efficiency and output torque.The virtual prototyping assembly verification and Pro-E kinematic simulation is carried out,the results prove the correctness of gear machining corner formula and the new tooth matching scheme. |
