| Summary: | The issue of halal certification of meat and, in particular, “artificial” meat is quite relevant. If it has been solved in principle for traditional variants of meat and meat products, the appearance on the market of a new form of meat, artificially grown in laboratory conditions, implies significant changes in the legislative and legal status of this product. Moreover, the requirements for both certification and improvement of its production technology need to be adapted. There are certain successes in both directions. This paper analyzes the level of solution of this issue in Russia and abroad. |
