Description
Summary:[Abstract] Anal stenosis is a disabling disease that significantly impacts patients’ daily lives. It can arise from various causes, with iatrogenic injury being a particularly common one. For moderate to severe cases of anal stenosis, surgery is the primary treatment option, yet achieving satisfactory anal dilation with a single surgical technique can be challenging. Our team managed two patients with iatrogenic severe anal stenosis. Considering the patients’ conditions comprehensively, multi-technique combined surgery was selected for treatment. The treatment was safe and effective, with favorable prognoses observed. This paper reports the diagnostic and treatment processes, as well as the follow-up results of these two patients, for the purpose of sharing with peers.
