In this study 418 responses were collected from employees working in pharmaceutical sector operating in Pakistan. Comprehensive analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling in Smart PLS-3, and the SPSS PROCESS MACRO (Model 14) was utilized to validate the moderated mediation hypotheses. |
