Description
Summary:The main purpose of the present medial collateral ligament reconstruction technique is to address anteromedial knee instability in combination with valgus instability. Therefore, we describe a semitendinosus-based reconstruction technique with 2 functional bundles to reconstruct the deep and superficial medial collateral ligaments. This technique may be performed in isolation or as a combined procedure with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
