| description | Through comprehensive searches of both Chinese and English databases, studies explicitly addressing healthcare workers' mental health help-seeking behaviors were included. The relevant literature was screened, organized, and summarized, with 12 studies ultimately selected for systematic analysis. Using the 5W1H framework, the characteristics of healthcare workers' mental health help-seeking behaviors were comprehensively identified from six key dimensions. It defines mental health help-seeking as the proactive behavior of healthcare workers in coping with occupational stress and emotional distress by utilizing internal and external resources. This includes seeking professional psychological treatment, non-professional psychological support, or engaging in self-care practices. Measures to promote healthcare workers' mental health help-seeking behaviors include enhancing mental health awareness, strengthening organizational-level psychological support, and promoting digital mental health help-seeking channels. |
