Summary:Abstract: The aim of this study is to present a panorama of the researches in technology and education in France, since the massive expansion of the Medias and the creation of the educational sciences as a discipline in the 1960’s. The disciplines, studied in science education, gathered in the category of human and social sciences have produced several and important researches in the last 50 years. During this time, these sciences have harmonized with difficulty and have dispersed because they adopted different principles, methodologies, and theoretical settings, and because of relations of power among the different actors in the educational, political and technological milieu.
