COMPENSATORY RESOURCE AN ECONOMIC FACTOR
The basis of this article is the analysis of data on the dynamics of employment in the most overcrowded seven penitentiaries in Romania and the effects of the Law on the execution of punishments and of deprivation of liberty measures, as well as the existence of centers or groups of reflection.
