These patients were subjected to D3 lymph-node dissection radical surgery. The average number of  lymph-nodes got  from  the  colorectal  cancer  specimen of patient of the  Russian Federation makes  39. The average metastasis index of the  studied patients group is not big (0,13) and proves a great  volume of lymph-node dissection. It also may have fundamental prognostic value.
