| description | The pressure plate will be cracking,erasing,deformation as a result of reduced ability to transmit torque clutch and the separation,if it is not complete and other issues when the vehicle started off clutch engagement process.The dynamic model of the vehicle and the pressure plate finite element model when it started are established.The clutch friction work and pressure plate boundary condition is calculated.The simulation analysis of thermal structure coupling of the pressure plate is carried out by using ANSYS.The stress concentration position and deformation conditions in pressure plate engagement process are obtained,and according to this analysis results,a new improved solution is proposed.The results show that the improved quality slightly lower platen in the case of maximum stress decreased 35.9%and the maximum axial deformation decreased 14.88%. |
