In addition, by systematically transforming daily practice into empirical knowledge, then distilling it into the principles guiding their teaching pedagogy, administration, and research, teachers under go profound professional transcendence-emerging as visionary, compassionate, erudite, and dedicated educationalist-oriented teachers. |
