Academic literary, on the other hand, is also vital in realizing this transformation, which equally depends on academic research. Excellent teachers can delve into academic research and lean toward mastery, use reflection, coordinating diverse responsibilities, and skills of transforming, focusing, constructing, cooperating with professionals and languages to improve their academic competence. In addition, by systematically transforming daily practice into empirical knowledge, then distilling it into the principles guiding their teaching pedagogy, administration, and research, teachers under go profound professional transcendence-emerging as visionary, compassionate, erudite, and dedicated educationalist-oriented teachers.
