| Summary: | A Política Nacional de Práticas Integrativas e Complementares, instituída em 2006, prevê o atendimento à população pelo Sistema Único de Saúde. Neste contexto, considera-se o conceito de cuidado humanizado e de saúde em sua multidimensionalidade: física, psicoemocional, mental e social. Contudo, o acesso à informação e aos atendimentos no campo das PICS ainda se mostra incipiente, devido ao desconhecimento ou resistência, inclusive por profissionais de saúde e do âmbito acadêmico. O projeto PICS UFF, descrito neste relato de experiência, objetiva promover a divulgação de evidências científicas, em linguagem acessível, em blog e mídias digitais, bem como oferecer práticas em eventos internos e externos à Universidade, possibilitando aos indivíduos conhecerem e vivenciarem as PICS. Com este intuito, foram postados 212 textos resumidos, elaborados pela equipe e baseados em artigos científicos, além da veiculação de outros conteúdos e atividades pertinentes à área. As práticas oferecidas foram realizadas de forma presencial e online, possibilitando a participação de públicos diversos, em diferentes localidades. A participação em eventos acadêmico-científicos e outros espaços também fez parte das ações, favorecendo tanto a divulgação das PICS quanto seu arcabouço teórico metodológico. Destaca-se que o blog teve 47.973 acessos de 2019 a agosto de 2023, sendo a aromaterapia e homeopatia os temas mais buscados. Os desafios enfrentados contribuíram para o aprimoramento do trabalho, em constante construção e de forma conjunta, em busca da democratização do acesso à saúde em toda sua integralidade.

Dissemination of scientific evidence about Health Integrative and Complementary Practices
Abstract: The Brazilian National Policy on Integrative and Complementary Practices, established in 2006, aims to provide services to the population by the Unified Health System (SUS). In this context, the concept of humanized care and understanding of health occur in physical, psycho-emotional, mental, and social dimensions. However, access to information and health care with PICS is still incipient due to a lack of knowledge or even resistance, including health and academic professionals. The PICS UFF university extension action, described in this report, aims (i) to promote the dissemination of scientific evidence in accessible language through blogs and digital media and (ii) to offer practices in university and external events, enabling individuals to learn about and experience PICS. For this purpose, 212 summarized texts were posted, elaborated by the team, and based on scientific articles, in addition to dissemination of other content and activities relevant to this area. The PICS were carried out in person and online, contributing to the participation of different audiences in various places. Participation in academic-scientific events and other places was also part of the actions, contributing to the propagation of PICS and its methodologic theoretical framework. An Important highlight was the blog access, with 47,973 views from 2019 to August 2023, and aromatherapy and homeopathy were the most searched topics. The challenges contributed to improving this work, which was constantly built jointly by the team to democratize health access in its integrality.
