Description
Summary:The negative trends emerging in the economy of mining enterprises predetermine the need to use a risk-based production management model, forcing owners to seek and implement additional control procedures. Through intra-company mine surveying relations, control is exercised over other subsoil user divisions and contractors. Such internal mine surveying control is an element of the compliance control system. The author analyzed the local regulations of coal mining enterprises. The paper studies the stages of mine surveying control procedures. On-farm mine surveying procedures make it possible to identify violations and direct the efforts of related structural units to eliminate them. It is recommended to create local regulations with the mechanism of mine surveying compliance. The concept of mine surveying compliance is formulated as mine surveying support for subsoil use, carried out on the basis of intra-economic relations, in order to prevent violations of existing norms and rules, to ensure private interest in the assessment of production activities.
