A note on the Riemann ξ-function
We prove that for σ > 4.5, inf {ℜ(ξ'(σ + it)/ξ(σ + it) ) : - ∞ < t < ∞} = ξ'(σ)/ξ(σ). This improves the result obtained by Lagarias.
