| Summary: | The article deals with current issues of increasing the efficiency of management of the Fund of National Welfare investments in the implementation of major infrastructure projects of national importance. Relying on the analysis of domestic and international practice author substantiates the advisability of reforming the current system of the Fund management through the introduction of elements and principles of project management. As the target model is proposed the division of strategic and operational management of the Fund, providing for the creation of a structurally separate from government project office performing functions for the selection and monitoring self-supporting infrastructure projects, financed by the Fund. |
