description In acute tetrachlorocarbon (CCl4) hepatotoxicity in experimental animals is developing a hypoxic condition in the liver, associated with the disruption of the mitochondrial respiratory chain and oxidative phosphorylation, increased anaerobiosis and development of energy deficiency. Disturbed detoxification function of the liver, a reduction in the activity of glutathione-S-transferase and NADPH-dependent microsomal monooxygenase system, accompanied by compensatory increased activity of NADH is microsomal chain oxidation. The introduction of hesperidin, diosmin, flavizine and quercetin at doses of 100 mg/kg on General health scheme against Tetrachloromethane hepatosis in experimental animals prevents the development of hypoxia in the liver, improves the oxidative processes in mitochondria and aerobic production of energy, and increases the content of ATP in the liver. A complete recovery of NADH is the activity of the microsomes.
