Summary:The professional development of teachers is crucial to their retention and well-being in our schools. It is therefore essential to offer them continuing education activities that meet their needs and are aligned with the conditions for effectiveness identified by research in the field. This article presents the results of research aimed at measuring teacher satisfaction with training and coaching in a MOOC. Based on a mixed research design, the results highlight the very high level of satisfaction, as well as the strong potential of this device to support teachers' ongoing professional development. The results identified numerous levers that likely favour the satisfaction of teachers taking part in a MOOC.
