| Summary: | The 160 km/h powered centralized EMUs powered vehicle is a new type of passenger traction locomotive independently developed in China. It can form a power concentrated EMUs with the supporting trailers to improve the quality of passenger transportation on ordinary speed lines. This paper introduced the general design idea of the power car in detail from the key technical characteristics and technical parameters, traction performance calculation, general equipment layout, electrical system, mechanical system, etc. According to the line operation test data, it was verified that the overall design scheme of power car power development, traction braking characteristics, braking performance, operation safety, operation stability and other aspects was reasonable. |
