| description | The issues of the level and quality of life of the Russian population in recent years are very relevant. The purchasing power and quality of life of Russians depend on many factors, one of which is consumer prices for basic food products, including meat. In this article, the authors attempt to assess the situation in the regional consumer market of meat products. On the basis of official statistics, the analysis of the dynamics ofmeat prices in the region (on the example of the Tambov region) for 2015-2019 was carried out; the dynamics ofproduction, cost and prices for various types of meat produced in the region were studied; the causes were identiied and the assessment of changes in the situation on the problem being solved was given. In conclusion, the relevant conclusions are made about the dynamics and trends of meat prices in the Tambov region, and a forecast for the near future is made. |
