Summary:In order to test the maximum driving force of accurate frictional steel belt transmission in long distance,an experiment platform is designed which has the character of center-distance adjustable and driving force testable.The whole steel frame base is chosen which can accomplish the function of auto tightening.The tightening force and the tightening journey are calculated and analyzed.The steel pulleys are assembled by flanges and hubs.The flanges are made in to middle plumb type.The flange and the hub are connected by stagger gibbous dais that solves the problem of belt yap and the inconvenience change of steel pulley.Finally,the detection device and the load device are designed.The installation of the detection device and the load device are also appropriately designed.After the assembling and the testing,the design can preferably satisfy the request of the testing and also lay a foundation for the correlative friction transmission test.
