description Serous Microcystic Adenoma of Pancreas (SMCA) is a rare tumour of exocrine pancreas. It has a striking predilection for elderly women and consists of small cysts surrounding central stellate scar. Histologically cysts are lined by glycogen rich cuboidal epithelium.
