Description
Summary:In a hitherto unprecedented approach, a workshop was held on January 19-20, 2022, with the aim to connect so-called “critical” or “reflexive” research on water modelling. This text reports on the contributions of this workshop - which brought together sociologists, anthropologists, geographers and water modellers - and situates the discussion in relation to the collective explorations carried out in hydrology. It also questions the place of practitioners, of the modelled object and of the computer infrastructure in critical approaches to modelling.
