Summary:In our study, sleep quality, biological rhythm disorders and functionality were examined in euthymic patients diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. 60 patients diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and 50 healthy controls were included in the study. All participants were administered the Biological Rhythm Assessment Interview (BRAI), Functioning Assessment Short Test (FAST), and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). No statistically significant difference was found between the patient and control groups in the BRAI scores (p=0.063). The patient group's FAST total score (p [Med-Science 2024; 13(4.000): 942-8]
