Responsible tourism practices mediate the relationship between green technology and guest safety. The study highlights the importance of integrating sustainable practices and customer-focused strategies to enhance safety and satisfaction. It suggests that star-rated hotels can increase guest loyalty by prioritizing sustainability, offering safer and more enjoyable experiences. This research adds new insights into the connections between green technology, responsible tourism, guest satisfaction, and safety.
