Summary:This research explores how green technology impacts guest safety in star-rated hotels, emphasizing the mediating role of responsible tourism practices and their effect on guest satisfaction. Using a cross-sectional study with 322 responses and analyzed via SEM in AMOS 24, the findings reveal that green technology positively influences responsible tourism practices and guest satisfaction, which in turn improves perceptions of guest safety. Responsible tourism practices mediate the relationship between green technology and guest safety. The study highlights the importance of integrating sustainable practices and customer-focused strategies to enhance safety and satisfaction. It suggests that star-rated hotels can increase guest loyalty by prioritizing sustainability, offering safer and more enjoyable experiences. This research adds new insights into the connections between green technology, responsible tourism, guest satisfaction, and safety.
