Materials and Methods: The present study was a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study. The statistical population of women referring to comprehensive urban and rural health centers in Nikshahr was 9448 people. Statistical sample Using Cochran's formula, 370 women were selected by cluster random sampling. Data collection tools included Adult Health Literacy Questionnaire and Lifestyle Questionnaire and data analysis was performed by Pearson test, regression and independent t-test. Result: The average health literacy of women referring to comprehensive health centers in urban area (129.56 ± 21.249) and in rural area (118.51 ± 241.191) is statistically significant. The average lifestyle of women referring to comprehensive health centers in urban areas (144.60 ± 32.013) and in rural areas (134.93 ± 31.029) is statistically significant. There was a significant direct relationship between health literacy and lifestyle. Lifestyle is able to predict the variable of health literacy in women referring to comprehensive urban and rural health centers. Conclusion: The results of this study can provide a framework for therapists and health professionals who are related to women referring to comprehensive urban and rural health centers to plan educational interventions to improve individual lifestyles and promote their health literacy
