Summary:It has been recently discovered that microRNA regulates one third of human genes and plays vital roles in the occurrence and development of various diseases.Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a kind of clinical syndrome of persistent renal structure, function or both caused by various reasons.Macrophage infiltration within kidney is a common feature of CKD.More and more microRNAs assume a regulatory role in macrophage function and affect the occurrence and development of CKD.
