| Summary: | The article describes the theoretical foundations of the state personnel policy and current trends in its development. It is proved that personnel play a key role in solving problematic issues of the development of the medical industry. The article highlights the main factors influencing the formation of state personnel policy. It is determined that among the urgent tasks facing the healthcare system in Ukraine, the improvement of the personnel policy is top-priority. It was found out that human resources are a significant component of the resource support of the healthcare system. The necessity of professional training of personnel of higher medical educational institutions in Ukraine is justified. It is proved that through state intervention in all areas of training personnel for the healthcare system, real changes in the number of patients and, accordingly, a decrease in the mortality rate of the population and an improvement in the quality of medical services are possible in the future. The relevance of improving the level of professionalism of healthcare personnel, including personnel representing secondary medical personnel, in the context of reforming the healthcare system of Ukraine is determined. It is revealed that strategic changes in the mechanism of public administration of the healthcare system are a necessary prerequisite for building a radically new generation country with a healthy population. The main directions in which the state policy in the healthcare sector of Ukraine can be formed in the future are outlined. It is proved that the prospects of research on similar topics and the importance of drastic changes, highlight the need to improve and update the state personnel policy in the healthcare system in accordance with the latest requirements and challenges of the modern world, because the main tasks of a developed state are to build an effective model of the health system, improve the level of health of the population and ensure the development of a healthy Ukrainian nation. |
