This procedure involves utilizing the recipient's inferior vena cava to perfuse the portal vein of the liver graft. We report a case of acute thrombosis of a portocaval hemitransposition graft that was successfully managed with catheter-directed thrombolysis, angioplasty, and stent placement. |
