| description | The current study analyzes the “100% Digital Court” institutional policy promoted by the National Council of Justice, as a tool to impact the processing time of lawsuits in the Special Civil Courts of the Porto Velho region between 2021 and 2022, in order to check if it brought economy, speed and expansion of access to justice for those under jurisdiction, as well as if the principle of reasonable duration of the process has been observed. In view of this, innovation and technology applied to the Judiciary were analyzed, especially regarding the content of the sixth renewal wave of access to justice. Regarding the approach, deductive methodology was used for this work, given that the 100% Digital Judgment was analyzed focusing on the principles of reasonable duration of the process and access to justice and its repercussion in the Special Civil Courts of the district of Porto Velho. Regarding the procedure, the research used qualitative and quantitative methods. |
