| Summary: | Ideological and theoretical dominants and basic fundamentals that determine the logic and perspectives of intersystem constructive changes in the new cycle of civilization human development have been outlined. On this basis the objective necessity of global economic development research as a constituant of much wider social evolution from a perspective of irrational and evolutionistic conception have been proved. In the frames of so-called imperatives triangle which tops are "interests - institutes - politics" author's approach to form the initial methodologic basis of global development motivation conceptualization has been proposed. The main forms of global development assymetry manifestation have been generalized. |
