A 6-year-old boy presented with high-grade tracheal stenosis secondary to endotracheal cuff-related injury and prolonged tracheostomy. We present an unconventional yet successful method of management that included multiple sittings of endoscopic rigid bronchoscopic dilation and endoluminal cryotherapy. |
