| Summary: | Within the article, methodological approaches to the definition of the creativity and the creative potential of Ukraine are investigated. The main factors, influencing them, are determined. The methodology on the evaluation of the creative potential of the society by the indicators is generalized, namely: technologies, talent, tolerance and the Ukrainian methodology on the assessment of the creative potential. The Human Development Index of Ukraine is analyzed. Rating position of Ukraine by the main indicators of the social progress are estimated. Measures on increasing the efficient use of the creative resources of Ukraine are proposed. |
