| description | The process parameter of coiling temperature is the most critical factor to determine the final mechanical properties of strip steel. In the production practice, it is difficult to improve the coiling temperature accuracy of heavy gauge strip steel. Based on the condition characteristics of the laminar cooling process of heavy gauge strip steel, improvement methods were proposed for the temperature field calculating model and the heat transfer coefficient model, and a new similarity-based adaptation model was developed to improve the feed forward control effect of coiling temperature. Field applications prove that the proposed scheme can effectively improve the coiling temperature accuracy of heavy gauge strip steel, and the average hitting rate is about 94.9% for the strips with a thickness more than 12 mm. |
