description This paper evaluates the georeferencing accuracy of the “StereoBaseLine” (SBL) system, a lightweight, low-cost mapping solution composed of two consumer-grade cameras and two GNSS sensors, designed and assembled in-house. In its standard operation, the SBL captures two synchronized images and two GNSS positions at each trigger event. The system is primarily intended for linear acquisition configurations. Given this specific geometry, the use of pre-calibrated parameters is employed to constrain the photogrammetric Bundle Block Adjustment (BBA), helping to prevent drift over long distances. This is achieved through a combination of GNSS observations and Rigid Block Constraint (RBC). To assess the effectiveness of these constraints in improving georeferencing accuracy without relying on Ground Control Points (GCPs), we present results from both a dedicated calibration and evaluation dataset, followed by a large-scale case study. The performances obtained with the system are presented, analyzed and discussed.
