Summary:The solution of the non-stationary problem for thin elastic circular cylindrical shell filled with an elastic medium under the influence of external non-stationary pressure has been obtained based on the superposition principle. Using the apparatus of expansions in the Fourier series and the Laplace integral transforms in time, the non-stationary function of the impact shell with core has been constructed. The construction of the original coefficients of the series expansions has been carried out analytically with the help of the asymptotically equivalent functions. Examples of calculations are presented.
