开式齿轮传动严重磨损问题的分析与改造
武钢二炼钢炉前 12 5t吊车主卷卷筒开式传动齿轮 ,因承受很大的负荷、强烈的冲击和严重的粉尘污染 ,齿面常发生剧烈磨损 ,造成齿面失效 ,严重影响了生产。本文从磨擦学角度综合分析了影响齿轮寿命的诸多因素 ,对原齿轮进行改进。重新设计的齿轮磨损寿命由 3个月提高到 4年以上。装车实验表明 ,该齿轮振动噪声比原用齿轮有明显降低 ,耐磨性有大幅度提高 ,磨损量由原来的 3个月磨损 4mm以上 ,降为现在的 3个月磨损 0 .4 2mm。...
