Summary:We present the clinical case of effective treatment of tuberculosis in a patient with disseminated pulmonary and extrapulmonary pre-extensive drug resistant tuberculosis, HIV-infection and other severe opportunistic and concomitant infections. Short all-oral regimen has been used for the treatment. This clinical case demonstrates the clinical efficacy of modern treatment regimens, good compatibility with other drugs and management of adverse events without treatment interruption.
