| Summary: | Children's art schools are the most important institution for the formation and preservation of culture, increasing the competitiveness of subjects of various levels - from the family to the state. The successful functioning of the system of art education for children in Yekaterinburg was the result of a set of management decisions based on the principles of sustainability and development. The purpose of the article is to analyze the implementation of the strategy of art education for children in Yekaterinburg. The authors use general scientific methods of deduction and induction, synthesis and analysis, all analytical provisions are supported by departmental statistics, cases of successful projects. The key to the system of art education for children in Yekaterinburg are 3 management principles - 1. loyalty to traditions, continuity (preservation of the children's art school system, program, conceptual and strategic planning, effective management of educational, methodological, competitive-festival, managerial activities), 2. integration of learning outcomes at the Children's School of Art in citywide projects, active public demonstration of talents (performance on stage, public video content, open state exam "Art Generation", project "Spend the Summer with Culture"),3. development of the material and technical base of institutions, including equipment and premises (target subsidies for the purchase of equipment, funds from the national project for major repairs, the opening of new premises for art schools, the establishment of municipal-state partnerships in the construction of facilities in new microdistricts). The authors point to the timeliness and acuteness of the development of the system of pre-professional educational programs in the field of culture and arts due to the risk of losing domestic academic traditions, the importance for the preservation of Russian art, and the staffing of the industry. |
