description This research delves into the influence of organizational culture and emotional intelligence upon employee performance, both directly and indirectly through the intermediary factor of job satisfaction. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling with saturation sampling method. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative approach via surveys, the research examined 158 workers in the food proceduring industry at PT Siradj Badawi Cukup Rupiah (SBCR). Data analysis was carried out utilizing the least squares equation method (SEM-PLS) with the Smart PLS 4 application, revealing a significant and favorable effect of organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction upon employee performance. Furthermore, the research uncovered significant favorable direct and indirect effects among organizational culture, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and employee performance. By encompassing all employees of PT Siradj Badawi Cukup Rupiah (SBCR), this research contributes valuable insights into human resource management. It highlights how organizational culture and emotional intelligence can influence employee performance within PT Siradj Badawi Cukup Rupiah (SBCR), and underscores the importance of job satisfaction as a mediating factor for improving employee performance. Therefore, this study concludes that Manufacturing Food Industry companies need to provide equal promotion opportunities to every employee, in resolving disputes between employees can be resolved by discussing, companies can use more accurate employee performance measurement tools and provide assessments to employees objectively.
