Summary:Technological advancement is accelerating and permeates all areas of knowledge. From this perspective, the healthcare sector has advanced in recent years in research to provide patients with various technological tools to improve their quality of life. Robotics, the Internet of Things, and augmented reality have facilitated patient rehabilitation processes. The purpose of this research is to evaluate artificial intelligence chatbot applications to improve patient care at the Divino Niño Foundation, a health center located on the eastern shore of Lake Maracaibo in Zulia state, Venezuela. The evaluation of artificial intelligence chatbot tools aims to improve patient care by providing information related to healthcare services using the capabilities of artificial intelligence tools. This research is evaluative with a qualitative approach to determine which tool is best suited to patient care requirements.
