Assessment of Hepato-Renal Biomarkers in Petrol Pump Attendants: Impact of Protective Gear Usage. Natl J Med Res. 2023 Dec. 31;13(04):126-130. DOI: https://doi.org/10.55489/njmr.13042023982 Available from: https://njmr.in/index.php/file/article/view/982 The above article, published in National Journal of Medical Research, has been retracted due to a potential authorship or submission error. It was brought to our attention that the names, affiliations, and contact details of all three listed authors were used without their knowledge, permission, or involvement. All the listed authors have declared that they were not involved in the study, and that their identities and affiliations were used without their knowledge/consent. Due to the journal’s transition to a new editorial management system, the submission records for this article are no longer accessible, preventing verification of the original submission details. So, the editorial board has decided to consider the authorship of this article as unattributed. In accordance with the journal’s policies and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines, the article is being retracted to maintain the integrity of the scientific record. This retraction does not imply any misconduct on the part of the listed authors (Harpreet Kaur Walia, Vanita Sharma, Vijay Chaudhary). To protect the identities and reputations of the individuals affected by this issue, their names and affiliations have been removed from the article metadata and the publication itself.
