And time and the request for death and destruction for people, through this research, which consists of an introductory topic in To define the terms of the research title, he began to define speech in the language and terminology first, and then the definition of the prohibition in language and the terminology secondly, and then the definition of Imam Malik (may God have mercy on him) and ended with a brief statement on his book (Al-Muwatta) and then listed the hadiths mentioned in the terminated speech It is about it and its graduation, and shedding light on explaining the hadiths briefly and without redundancy, depending on the hadith books considered by Islamic scholars, and the research ends with the conclusion and the most important results and recommendations reached by the researcher.
