In this article, I develop the concept of professional competence associated to education, in order to answer the question, which teaching competences are developed by the democratic school?Taking into account different typologies I present basic characteristics related to the teaching task both inside and outside the classroom, such as the organisation of the teaching-learning space, team-work, participation on the resolution of conflicts and on the management of the schools and use of the new technologies. |
