Summary:A mathematical model describing the propagation of electromagnetic waves in the medium with space dispersion is being developed. Modeling is based on the transformation of integro-differential equations of monochromatic electrodynamics for the fields in the medium with space dispersion to the differential model with second degree partial differential equations. Within the developed model a full system of basic plane electromagnetic fields, extending in homogeneous medium with space dispersion, is analytically constructed.
